### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Certain Advantage. As a key member of our finance and HR team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional employee payroll experience across six monthly payrolls.

### Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end processing of Group monthly payroll, including pensions uploads, payroll journals, and all HMRC requirements
* Administration related to employee payroll benefits, including health cash plan and P11Ds
* Assisting senior stakeholders with queries, reporting, and calculations
* Ensuring full security of the payroll and compliance, reviewing and improving processes where necessary
* Handling payroll, benefits, and HR queries across the Group
* Working closely with HR to ensure full functionality of a newly integrated holiday system

### Requirements

* Ability to manage multiple payroll deadlines
* Consolidated experience processing complex payrolls
* Confident managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
* Strong Excel skills
* Proactive and collegiate approach with strong attention to detail
