Position Overview
The Office Coordinator will deliver proficient administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of the Commissioning Team. In addition to routine administrative duties, the individual will gather and input essential statistical data as required, organize and schedule extensive intervention programs, and assist the Commissioning Team clerical staff.
The Office Coordinator is expected to maintain a professional demeanor and effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
To maximize the use of data collection software utilized by the Commissioning Team. Responsible for the aggregation, preparation, and formal presentation of performance-related data, and to assist the Manager in all facets of data management and performance oversight.
The focus within the Commissioning Team will be on collaborative efforts, sharing insights and experiences for the collective benefit of the organization.
Additionally, through personal growth, the Office Coordinator should contribute to the implementation of organizational policies and procedures to meet the established objectives.
