The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our coordination team, supporting the Live-In Care service. This role is an integral part of the success of our region, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality care service.
As a Care Coordinator, you will manage and monitor the deployment and management of Live-In Carers, providing exceptional and consistent service to our customers. You will work closely with the Live-In Care Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure effective matching of customers and carers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and carer queries and actions efficiently
- Provide Managers with up-to-date information on carer availability and support with queries
- Manage and maintain customer and carer files
- Support in the recruitment of carers from the UK and internationally
- Schedule placements for carers, ensuring effective matching of customers and carers
Requirements:
We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with strong customer service skills, able to influence others. You will have experience of customer care, handling complaints, and problem-solving, with attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and IT literacy in several database systems is essential.
