Transportation Coordinator

Woodside Logistics Group is seeking a highly skilled Transport Planner to join our experienced Traffic team based at our Ballynure HQ.
About the RoleWe are looking for a talented individual to coordinate and manage a large fleet of car transporters and drivers, distributing vehicles throughout the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage drivers while ensuring compliance with Road Traffic and Working Time laws.
- Book shipping space utilizing the most cost and time effective routes available on the Irish Sea.
- Ensure fleet availability for planned servicing and maintenance.
- Meet strict customer KPIs.
- Keep Customer Services staff updated on changes and delays.
- Communicate with Directors on a daily basis.
- At least 2 years' previous experience in a busy Transport/Traffic office or similar environment with direct customer contact.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Traffic Management systems.
- Availability to work at weekends.
