Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of software solutions by effectively translating business requirements into actionable insights for the development team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring both functional and non-functional needs are met.
  • Creating comprehensive functional specifications and other essential project documentation.
  • Supporting development, testing, and implementation phases, while promoting agile methodologies.
  • Assisting the development team in managing scope changes and requirements during the implementation process.
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring readiness for any system changes.
  • Adhering to regulatory conduct standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess solid experience in delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, with a preference for those familiar with Scrum practices. Key qualifications include:
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into user stories for the development team.
  • Experience in conducting successful stakeholder reviews to deliver value to the organization.
  • Adept at working independently or as part of an Agile team, with a proactive approach to escalating and reporting risks and issues.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with collaborative project management tools such as Azure DevOps is essential. Additionally, proficiency in O365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) is required. Exposure to relational database management systems (RDBMS) and the ability to utilize SQL is desirable.
