About the Role
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at The Spinney, a service providing care for male patients with personality disorder and/or mental illness. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
- Be an active member of the team with a range of responsibility over the day-to-day operation.
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and ability to meet and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
- Help create a positive culture.
- Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
- Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements
- Have previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
- Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done.
- Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
