We're seeking an exceptional Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in supporting technology-based changes within our security environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in Cyber Security to grow and develop their skills. You'll work closely with various business teams to support the adoption of security platforms, implement technology changes, and train others to use the IdentityNow access management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with business teams to support the uptake of security platforms
  • Support and implement technology changes to platforms such as IdentityNow and ServiceNow
  • Train others to use the IdentityNow access management solution
  • Review controls and report any identified risks
  • Support and analyze issues across mainframe, Wintel, and database environments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on, identity federation, privileged access management, access certification
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, APIs/REST, SQL Server, Linux command line, and tools like Putty/Filezilla and Postman
  • Ability to ask questions and seek help when needed
  • Sailpoint and/or mainframe experience is a significant advantage
