Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8am-4:10pm, 8am-4pm Friday

Breaks:

The role we are recruiting for is an Production Operative in a factory environment, working for a ventilating equipment manufacturer.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for working with metal and building units, including dampers, outer casting, and blades. You will use machinery and hand tools, such as drills, hammers, and riveters.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Experience in using hand tools
  • Experience measuring items
  • An engineering mindset or experience
  • Personal drive to improve self-skills and team performance
