Job Title: F&B Supervisor - Luxury Hotel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Lancashire. As an F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain Food & Beverage Standards: Ensure that all food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  2. Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure that the department is adequately staffed in line with business levels, and manage staff schedules to meet the needs of the hotel.
  3. Guest Service: Ensure that guests receive excellent service, with quality food and drink served in a relaxed atmosphere, and receive the highest possible standard of care.
  4. Communication: Maintain effective communication with the kitchen and other F&B departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Revenue Maximization: Maximize revenue generated through selling techniques and good control procedures.
  6. Training and Coaching: Assist with and monitor departmental training and coaching to ensure that staff are equipped to deliver excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory Experience: Ideally, candidates will have supervisory experience within a good quality restaurant and be looking to develop a career in hotel management.
  • Flexibility: Applicants must be able to work any five days out of seven on a rota basis, so flexibility is required.
