The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing Extra Care, Retirement Living, Residential Homes, or Domiciliary Care services.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Care Facility Manager:
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency are upheld across the service.
- Oversee the delivery of care for residents requiring tailored care packages.
- Comply with and understand all relevant regulatory standards.
Requirements for the Senior Care Facility Manager:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care environment, ideally in Extra Care, Retirement Living, Residential Homes, or Domiciliary Care.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards.
