**Job Opportunity at Yard and Groom**

We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Part Time Yard Assistant/Groom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our existing staff in all yard duties and horse care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the daily care and maintenance of our horses, including feeding, grooming, and exercising.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our horses, staff, and clients at all times.
  • Support safe working practices and adhere to our health and safety policies.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from our Centre Manager.
  • Communicate any issues or concerns to our Centre Manager in a timely manner.

**Personal Qualities:**

  • Punctuality, professionalism, and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to the role and a willingness to take pride in your work.
  • Good physical health and fitness for the demands of the role.

**Role Requirements:**

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate our busy schedule.
  • Minimum of BHS Stage 2 care certification, although experience in the industry will be considered.
  • Confidence in handling horses, grooming, tacking up, turning out, and assisting with customers.
