Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Registered Nurse

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic care home environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with varying levels of need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring a high standard of resident care and promoting a professional working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up-to-date.
  • Deputize in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy, managing staffing and clinical needs as required.
  • Support and supervise care staff or new recruits, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in older peoples care is desirable but not essential.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best.
  • Quality-driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.
