We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and implementing individual care plans, promoting a professional working environment and ensuring a high standard of resident care
- Communicating effectively with the clinical team, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up to date
- Deputising in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy, managing staffing and clinical needs as required
- Supporting and supervising care staff or new recruits
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous older peoples care experience, although not essential
- Caring and compassionate nature, with an excellent clinical track record
- Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to being the best
- Quality driven, with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services
