Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Purely Recruitment Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop knowledge of products, customers, and the marketplace to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Sales of the company's core products and other relevant items, maintaining a strong understanding of sales margins and quoting customers accordingly.
  • Maintain and update prospect calendars, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with potential clients.
  • Review potential new product developments, staying alert to competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to gain industry knowledge, network with potential clients, and stay up-to-date on market developments.
  • Be aware of expected sales margins for each product and ensure quotations are within company capability.
  • Quoting customers and following up on sales leads, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team with research, data analysis, and market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend pre-contract and site meetings to ensure a smooth sales process and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand ideal customers and how they relate to the company's products, identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies.
  • Be aware of competitive activities in relevant market spaces and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Manage and improve lead generation, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities.
  • Review product gaps and new product development needs, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop strong, loyal relationships with all relevant decision-makers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative software skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work to deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work effectively, independently, and within a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
