Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate patient records and handling correspondence.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a polite and empathetic manner.
  • Assist with registration of new patients and provide information on practice procedures.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.

Essential
