About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Experience Team as a Matchday Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring they have a world-class experience when visiting us on matchdays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet members and guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to our premium lounges and restaurants.
  • Assist the 1901 Club team in their matchday operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell and champion our product and brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for all.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained at all times.
About You

We are looking for someone who embodies our Team Brighton values and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a high level of care and integrity, great attention to detail, and a professional mindset. Ideally, you will have experience working in a customer service environment and dealing with corporate guests.
