We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Team Administrator to provide support to our Finance and Projects team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our filing system, ensuring all files are up-to-date, and setting up new filing systems as needed.

You will also assist other members of the team with overflow work, collate and prepare information for meetings, and take and relay messages to lawyers and clients.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing fee earner electronic schedules, arranging meetings and appointments, and liaising with reception to ensure all room bookings and hospitality requirements are in place.

You will also have the opportunity to work with leading experts and form meaningful relationships, while making a difference in our award-winning and commercially minded team.
