Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at a Fantastic Primary School in Cambridge. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, and working closely with colleagues to achieve our school's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students in Year 1
  • Assess and track student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to support students with diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience of teaching in a Primary School setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
