Job Title: Primary School Teacher Position in Cambridge

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 1 students and implementing the Primary Curriculum effectively.

Job Duties:
  • Plan and deliver engaging Key Stage 1 lessons
  • Implement the Primary Curriculum with a focus on Phonics, including Little Wandle Phonics
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience
Requirements:
  • PGCE qualification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Department for Education (DFE) recognition
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional training in Phonics instruction
  • Experience working in a 2 Form Entry School
Working Conditions:
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Located in Central Peterborough
  • Collaborative and supportive school environment
