About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at eNL Legal Recruitment. As an Estate Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing the daily plot conveyancing for designated regional units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the conveyancing sale process, including issuing draft contract packs, handling inquiries, exchanging contracts, and meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct purchaser due diligence and address Anti-Money Laundering issues, including the source of funds.
  • Collaborate with regional offices and work closely with Sales, Development, and Technical teams.
  • Experience handling high-volume caseloads and comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the residential property environment and extensive experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
