Conveyancer – In-House (FTC)

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an In-House Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing the daily plot conveyancing for designated regional units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with regional offices and coordinate with Sales, Development, and Technical teams to ensure seamless plot sales and part-exchange transactions.
  • Oversee detailed reporting and monitoring of progress to ensure timely completion of plot sales and part-exchange transactions.
  • Manage high-volume caseloads and possess comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
  • Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including drafting contract packs, responding to inquiries, exchanging contracts, and adhering to deadlines.
  • Stay informed on home ownership programs and sales incentive schemes to provide expert guidance.
  • Competently manage plot sales, part exchanges, and resales, including title investigations for freehold and leasehold properties.
  • Conduct thorough purchaser due diligence, addressing Anti-Money Laundering concerns, including verifying the source of funds.
