Job Summary

U-Educate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team of education specialists. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for implementing the school sport program effectively, promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles, and teaching students about safety in various physical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging physical education programs for students aged 6-18
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive education experience
  • Provide guidance and support to students on physical fitness and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to ensure student safety in physical education settings
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a school setting, preferably as a physical education instructor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
  • Ability to inspire confidence and motivate students to participate in physical education activities
  • First aid skills and knowledge of safety protocols in physical education settings
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
