About the Role:
Pertemps TM is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth through outbound sales efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to opted-in leads to identify new business opportunities
- Take inbound calls from new leads and respond to their inquiries
- Create new appointments and opportunities for our sales team
- Use initiative and rapport-building skills to identify new sales opportunities
- Ask open-ended questions to gather information from leads and complete their inquiry forms
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or a related field
- A confident and natural telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with customers and identify new sales opportunities
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £26,000 DOE
- Uncapped commission structure
- Monday to Thursday 9:15am-6:15pm, Friday 9:15am-3pm
- Permanent position
