Job Title: Industrialisation Work Package Manager

Thales is seeking an experienced Industrialisation Work Package Manager to lead the industrialisation of our products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient manufacture of conforming product in support of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of the manufacturing organisation and resources, including OBS, WBS, schedule of activities, training, and more.
  • Ensure manufacturability and Design for X (DFx) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Design and implement the workflow to meet project requirements.
  • Achieve cost targets, including NRC and RC.
  • Define and implement manufacturing processes, adhering to APQP and MRLs.
  • Develop and implement a test strategy to ensure product quality.
  • Oversee Make Team Buy, Critical items, and LLI's.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level or equivalent in a relevant engineering or manufacturing engineering discipline.
  • Typically, 5+ years of experience in a Senior Industrial Operations/Manufacturing Engineering role or similar.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing programme management, test strategies, product lifecycle phases, estimating techniques, industrial engineering, and more.
