Job Title: Industrialisation Work Package Manager

Thales is seeking an experienced Industrialisation Work Package Manager to lead the development and implementation of industrialisation strategies for our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of industrialisation projects, from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement industrialisation strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement industrialisation projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize industrialisation opportunities
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialisation, manufacturing engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading industrialisation projects and teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
