Sales Associate

We're seeking a talented Sales Colleague to join our team at Currys. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
As a Sales Colleague, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations on our latest technology products. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and has excellent communication skills. You'll be confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the store
- Support with the running of the store and complete operational tasks as required
