Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service

  • Product Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including brand information, product features, and benefits.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
    • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed effectively and merchandise standards are met.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations.
