Brand Creative Director

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Brand Creative Coordinator to join our team at LADbible Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social video content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with conceptual creatives to develop top-line responses into engaging, audience-facing videos.
- Lead the development process of videos and formats, ensuring they are tailored to our audience and brand partner needs.
- Work closely with producers to execute production elements, such as budgets and schedules.
- Pitch and develop new ideas that align with the LADbible Group portfolio, while providing brand-friendly attribution.
- Develop cross-platform activations of core ideas to work across our ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience as a Video/Creative Producer, creating social-first, branded content, with a good understanding of ASA guidelines.
- Strong planning and time management skills, working across multiple projects at different stages, including concept development, storyboards, scripts, and edits.
- Willingness to travel within the UK if required.
