The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the UK Head of Sales and Growth with a strong matrix line into the Regional Managing Director, this role is pivotal in driving organic growth within your designated region. You will empower Partners, Directors, and other staff in their business development activities while also spearheading personal business development initiatives.

  • Own Regional Growth: Take ownership of the regional growth target and drive business development activities to achieve these ambitious goals.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Collaborate with RMDs, RMPs, and Local office Partners to ensure robust sales programs are in place for both cross-selling and acquiring new clients.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Assist in crafting specific sales strategies and plans for regions, offices, and Partners, ensuring the sales gap is closed and revenue growth targets are met.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide comprehensive analysis and reporting to RMDs and offices on all aspects of sales performance, leveraging the Sales Excellence team's expertise.
  • Sales Technology Champion: Be a driving force for LeadsGo and Salesforce adoption, ensuring the region's sales pipeline is consistently up-to-date and of the highest data quality. This involves close collaboration with the Central Sales Excellence team.
  • Growth Meeting Facilitation: Organize and manage regular Growth meetings across the region to foster understanding of growth plans and ensure accountability to these objectives.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams on the creation and deployment of regional marketing plans designed to drive growth within your designated regions.
  • Key Account Management: Implement new key account management programs (Q3 FY24), understanding client bases, identifying clients with cross-selling opportunities, and assisting in managing these client sales processes.
  • New Client Prospecting: Identify and research suitable new client prospects for offices and develop comprehensive new client contact plans.
  • Training and Support: Assist with any training and support related to new client contact programs, ensuring all relevant staff have the necessary skills to execute these initiatives effectively.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with marketing and offices to ensure they possess suitable content for the new client contact programs.
  • Business Development Activities: Undertake activities designed to generate new client inquiries for your region, including networking, collaborating with introducers, and implementing direct new client contact programs.
  • Sales Coaching and Support: Provide ongoing sales support and coaching across the region to ensure all relevant staff possess the skills required to achieve the objectives outlined in the sales growth plans.
