Job Summary: Expleo Group UK Jobs is seeking a skilled Automotive Infotainment Systems Validation Engineer to join our Research and Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the validation of infotainment electrical systems, navigation, and audio systems for a major automotive manufacturer.

About the Role:

  • Develop testing methods and procedures for the validation of infotainment systems.
  • Ensure vehicle-level quality, function, and reliability standards are maintained with changes to infotainment hardware and software.
  • Creation of test reports and root cause investigation.
  • Provide technical support to the production plant and manage suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of software programming and software quality assurance.
  • Experience with software application into vehicle ECUs in the manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to risk assess software modifications and develop appropriate test plans.
  • Understanding of network communications, including CAN and LIN.
  • Ability to follow system circuit diagrams and identify electrical connections.
