Job Title: ABA Therapist | Paediatric Behavioural Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioural Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored behaviour plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behaviour plans in collaboration with our team of experts
  • Work with children and their families to promote positive behaviour change
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with our occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to provide comprehensive support
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis or related field
  • BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Experience working with children with ASDs and other neurodevelopmental conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
