Supplier Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Performance Manager to join our team at Butler Ross in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company and contribute to its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance on a daily basis, using standard metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and communicate metrics to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
  • Implement continuous improvement plans and conduct supplier assessments to enhance performance and identify best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Supplier Quality and Procurement, to drive supplier development initiatives and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Participate in the supplier selection process for new products, focusing on capacity expansion and process optimization.
  • Support crisis management and risk mitigation efforts by managing action plans and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Previous experience managing suppliers in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suites, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to conduct supplier visits and assessments, as required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience. This role is ideal for individuals who have held similar positions in supply chain management and are looking for a new challenge.
