Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a children's home in Maidstone. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in guiding a purpose-driven team and contributing to the growth and development of our young residents.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, along with an annual performance bonus. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a clear progression plan to becoming a Registered Manager within 6 to 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young residents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home
  • Provide guidance and support to staff to help them reach their full potential
Requirements
  • Level 3 Leadership Management Children and Young People qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Deputy Manager in a residential children's home
  • Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Clear progression plan to becoming a Registered Manager
