Job Summary
We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help residents with medication management and administration
- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Participate in resident activities and events
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment
Requirements
We are looking for a Care Assistant who is passionate about delivering great care in a lively and inspiring environment. You will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and be able to work a 33/44 hour contract. You will also have access to pension, 5.6 weeks annual leave, paid DBS, and onsite parking.
