About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiographer to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust. As a Radiographer Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of paediatric MR and CT duties within the cross-sectional imaging suite to a high professional standard.
  • Undertake highly specialised MR and CT imaging techniques that require the operation of advanced acquisition and processing software with excellent hand-eye co-ordination.
  • Supervise and train junior radiographic staff in all aspects of paediatric MR and CT imaging.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of training plans for radiographic staff.
  • Carry out clerical duties pertaining to the unit and related to radiographic work.
  • Promote good working relationships and teamwork with the multi-disciplinary teams within the unit.
