About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Integral UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects for various clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects with potential values between £50k to £15m, across various sites in the UK.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the agreed contract programme, in accordance with the requirements of the NEC3 Framework Contract.
  • Provide Health and Safety leadership to site delivery teams, promoting behavioural safety improvements and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the project risk management process and establish effective controls to ensure the safe and timely delivery of projects.
  • Play an active lead in the production and risk management of quotations and estimates.
  • Promote and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company's reputation at project level.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and development support to direct reports and trainees.
  • Work closely with the Senior Design Manager to ensure robust, workable economic and constructable designs are produced.
  • Support project opportunities to realise, maintain and improve commercial project performance.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure projects are managed in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Ensure projects are completed snag and defect free, and that post-completion deliverables are delivered within contracted timescales.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the role of a Project Manager within the construction industry.
  • Experience of working in occupied buildings/campuses.
  • Experience in the use of NEC3 Contracts.
  • Experience of managing health and safety procedures and knowledge of H&S standards/regulations across multiple sites.
  • Experience in the preparation of quotations and estimates.
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of clients' business requirements.
  • City & Guilds /NVQ (or equivalent) construction-related qualification.
  • SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, First Aid.
  • Competent user of IT software packages, including MS Office and Fieldview or similar tablet-based quality assurance software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level organisational ability, along with time management skills to drive and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken, able to demonstrate initiative and problem solve.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality service, demonstrating reliability, conscientiousness and flexibility.
