Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Advisor to join our team. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the recruitment and selection process, working closely with various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Job Posting and Management: Create job descriptions, post relevant information to job boards, and manage the job posting process to ensure timely and effective recruitment.
- Candidate Engagement: Handle candidate inquiries and applications, providing excellent communication and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Administration: Support the administration side of the recruitment process, including organizing interviews, managing candidate data, and maintaining accurate records.
- Onboarding and Compliance: Assist with the onboarding process, including Right to Work checks and reference verification, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Event Participation: Represent Hoop Recruitment at jobs fairs and recruitment open days, promoting employment opportunities and building relationships with potential candidates.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with the Business Partner to monitor the use of agency workers, ensuring effective management and optimization of recruitment resources.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs, providing valuable insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Certifications and Qualifications: CIPD qualification (desirable)
- Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Skills and Abilities: Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience with writing job descriptions and job adverts; intermediate experience with using Excel and Microsoft
