We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Counter Sales Manager to join our team at Headlam Group plc. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a significant customer base of commercial flooring contractors, shop fitters, and construction project managers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow sales with existing products and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Utilize technical knowledge and solution selling to introduce customers to new products and ranges, driving incremental sales.
- Manage customer pricing quotations and terms to reflect the complexity of products, price points, volumes, and credit terms.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and account management experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Impressive track record of driving sales through a consultative-selling approach.
- People management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good organizational skills and experience working with CRM or similar systems.
- A full, clean driving license.
