E-Commerce Manager Job Description

Our client, a leading company in the Boston area, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join their marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth and enhancing the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an e-commerce sales strategy to support online revenue and growth targets.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and online promotions to generate sales leads and increased basket spend.
  • Enhance the online shopper journey to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce platform, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product offerings and marketing efforts.
  • Use web analytics tools to generate reports and insights to support the business in making data-driven decisions to optimize our e-commerce strategy.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms and monitor online customer service issues to ensure these are responded to and resolved promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Excellent Google Analytics and Excel skills for data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
