Job Title: Marketing Assistant

About the Position: We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to contribute to our vibrant team in Bristol. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing marketing initiatives, assisting in the production of promotional content, and managing various marketing projects. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing brand visibility and supporting the marketing objectives of the company.

Key Duties:

  • Assist in crafting and executing marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Support the design and production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and marketing activities.
  • Update and manage content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Help organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain marketing databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing department, including scheduling and documentation management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or internship in marketing or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the capability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Creative mindset and enthusiasm for marketing and brand promotion.
  • Willingness to adapt to various projects and changing priorities.
