Key Responsibilities- Support the people relationship issues of a portfolio or group of services, providing expert HR advice and guidance.

The role can be done on a hybrid basis, working from either a Camden administrative base or home, with an expectation of spending on average two days a week in Camden.
Requirements- Detailed knowledge of employment legislation and trends.

- Detailed knowledge of professional HR practice and procedure, typically gained through a recognized professional qualification.
- Collaborative approach, demonstrating mutual trust and support, within the council and with partners.
