About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Sleep.8. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, developing and nurturing your team, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the store, including sales staff activities, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maximise sales by building high-performing teams, enhancing brand image, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.
- Develop new customer relationships and interact with existing customers to increase sales.
- Manage all people processes, including hiring, new sales associates' orientation, performance management, and training and development.
- Attain sales KPIs.
- Build strong partnerships with corporate and regional managers.
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on high-quality products.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with a passion for promoting sleep wellness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on honesty.
