About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Sleep.8. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, developing and nurturing your team, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the store, including sales staff activities, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise sales by building high-performing teams, enhancing brand image, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.
  • Develop new customer relationships and interact with existing customers to increase sales.
  • Manage all people processes, including hiring, new sales associates' orientation, performance management, and training and development.
  • Attain sales KPIs.
  • Build strong partnerships with corporate and regional managers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on high-quality products.
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with a passion for promoting sleep wellness.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on honesty.
  • Leadership abilities that prioritise teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and basic administrative tasks.
  • A deep understanding of the importance of sleep wellness in overall well-being.
