Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Technician Electronics to join our team at The Recruitment Bureau (Kent) Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of electronic products, diagnosing and repairing faulty customer units, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

About the Role

As a Senior Production Technician Electronics, you will be working closely with our production team to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your expertise in electronics production and repair will be essential in identifying and resolving production issues, and implementing improvements to our processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate production of electronic products, including scheduling, planning, and execution.
  2. Diagnose and repair faulty customer units, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  3. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Ensure adherence to quality standards, including testing and inspection of products.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in electronics production and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in electronics or related field preferred.
