Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Technician Electronics to join our team at The Recruitment Bureau (Kent) Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of electronic products, diagnosing and repairing faulty customer units, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

About the Role

As a Senior Production Technician Electronics, you will be working closely with our production team to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the production of electronic products, including scheduling, planning, and execution
  • Diagnosing and repairing faulty customer units, using your technical expertise to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensuring the highest quality standards are met, through regular quality checks and process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in electronics manufacturing, with experience in production coordination and quality control
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of electronic components, circuit boards, and manufacturing processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
