We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Property Lister to join our team at Entwistle Green, a leading estate and letting agent in the North West of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner
  • Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Estate agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer or Lettings Negotiator
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license
