Key Responsibilities- To cover Head Chef/Chef Manager holiday and sickness, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- To support with mobilisations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
- To troubleshoot at locations requiring additional support, providing expert culinary guidance and resolving issues efficiently.
- To cover a vacancy, taking on additional responsibilities and contributing to the success of our business.
- To produce high-quality food for service, using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, and adhering to our company's brand standards.
- To create bespoke seasonal menus from regional and local suppliers, showcasing your creativity and culinary expertise.
- To complete food costings as required, ensuring accurate financial management and contributing to the company's profitability.
- To complete company bookwork, maintaining accurate records and contributing to the smooth operation of our business.
- To ensure company food standards are adhered to, controlling wastage and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- To ensure all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our staff and customers.

- Similar experience of customer and/or food preparation environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Hold a recognised cooking qualification, such as City & Guild 706/1 & 2 or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Hold a level 3 food Hygiene qualification, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
