Electrical Services Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Services Manager to lead our electrical division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the electrical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate the electrical team to achieve excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve electrical services and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales and mobilisation teams to identify new business opportunities and promote services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for electrical services.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance appraisals to ensure the team is meeting expectations.
  • Act as a line manager for electrical supervisors, QS, OSM, and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive team culture and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Qualified electrician or strong understanding of electrical processes and regulations.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and lead the team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office tools.
