Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Health Innovations. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to management and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process employee leavers, ensuring a seamless transition and compliance with company procedures.
  • Administer the holiday software system, Action Time Connected, to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee leave.
  • Prepare and distribute letters for disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters, taking notes as required.
  • Complete necessary administrative tasks to support payroll processing.
  • Support the implementation of our reward and wellbeing strategies, providing administrative assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the H&S Coordinator to coordinate training, occupational health, and other related activities.
  • Post job adverts, manage applications, and coordinate interviews as required.
  • Coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using HR software systems and have a strong attention to detail.
