Become a vital member of our international e-billing finance division based in Glasgow. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the precise and prompt issuance of e-bills for our UK and EMEA offices.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the collective e-billing email account, addressing inquiries swiftly.
  • Engage in communication both internally and externally regarding e-billing issues.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the e-billing invoice tracker, key performance indicators (KPIs), and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Input accrual data into client portals.
  • Monitor the acceptance or rejection of invoices within client portals.
  • Generate necessary support reports as required.
  • Assist Senior E-Billers with the uploading of invoices.
  • Collaborate with the business on outstanding invoice uploads.
  • Participate in e-billing maintenance tasks to ensure accurate timekeeper rates.
  • Effectively manage any ad-hoc inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a finance-related position, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness with technology.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with E-Billing systems is advantageous but not essential.
  • Basic understanding of VAT principles is a plus.
