Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Major Players | B Corp®. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our global social media channels and developing captivating content that resonates with audiences across the gaming and entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our online community and drive brand awareness.
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Analyse the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, contributing to the growth and success of our agency.
  • Support new business pitches and develop compelling social media proposals tailored to potential clients.
  • Lead the development of our agency's own social media presence, driving growth and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in social media management, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Expertise in managing social media for Gaming, Tech, or Entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of building and growing social media channels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passionate about gaming, tech, or entertainment.
